We’ve partnered with our friends at global photography site Feature Shoot to spotlight some of the most compelling images in our Offset collection. This week, we embrace the beauty of order with a series of perfectly arranged images.
The second law of thermodynamics tells us that all things in the universe are headed toward a state of increasing disorder; and even as humankind becomes increasingly aided by technology, it seems that we too are becoming more and more frenetic and disorganized. While galaxies of information are available to us at the touch of a keypad, sometimes it can be even more satisfying when things appear simple, tidy, and manageable.
Perhaps this is why so many are drawn to the trend best exemplified by Things Organized Neatly, a Tumblr site that presents an endless supply of imagery in which objects are immaculately arranged. It could just be that the next best thing to an organized life is a perfectly composed photograph. Inspired by Things Organized Neatly and its founder, Austin Radcliffe, this collection of images from Offset photographers offers yet another soothing and captivating respite from the chaos of daily life.
